The Hinutech Giving Program The Hinutech Giving Program

One of our core values is to leave the world a little bit better than we found it.  To accomplish that goal, Hinutech raises awareness and donates funds for organizations that are doing good things in the world.  Primarily, we choose non-profits who are doing more than handing out money -- we look to non-profits who are giving those they serve the tools they need to create a better life for themselves.

Being a small company, our donations might be small, but we hope to shine a light on those who are doing great things for those who need a little help.

The Evans Scholars

The Evans Scholars Foundation is the nation’s largest privately funded college scholarship program. The Foundation, established by famed Chicago golfer Chick Evans, has provided college educations to more than 8,600 caddies while making tuition scholarship payments totaling more than $100 million.

More than 830 caddies annually attend college on Evans Scholarships. Most Evans Scholars attend one of the 14 universities where the Foundation owns and operates a Scholarship House. The scholarships are funded through contributions from more than 100,000 golfers, including 37,000 WGA Par Club members.

A great overview and introduction to the program can be found here.  If you are interested in learning more about the Evans Scholarship, please visit their site at http://www.evansscholarsfoundation.com/
