The Hinutech Giving Program
One of our core values is to leave the world a little bit better than we found it. To accomplish that goal, Hinutech raises awareness and donates funds for organizations that are doing good things in the world. Primarily, we choose non-profits who are doing more than handing out money -- we look to non-profits who are giving those they serve the tools they need to create a better life for themselves. Being a small company, our donations might be small, but we hope to shine a light on those who are doing great things for those who need a little help.
Making The World A Little Better
« Back The Sisters of RwandaThe Sisters of Rwanda is an amazing organization. There mission is to ensure justice, equality and sustainable economic opportunities for Rwanda’s most oppressed and vulnerable women. They don't just give money to the oppressed women in Rwanda -- they teach them how to create a sustainable business and provide for themselves and their families. They help women who have been subjected to abuse, rape and abject poverty to develop a sense of hope for the future. Most importantly, though, they make a long term investment in the people of Rwanda through teaching a model of living far removed from what they have become accustomed to. By providing these Rwandan women with entreprenurial skills, money, health insurance and school tuition for their children, the Sisters of Rwanda have built an organization that is making a long term, direct and positive impact on the world of those they serve. Because of this, the Sisters of Rwanda is the beneficiary of our August 2008 Giving Program. If this organization moves you like they have moved us, take action! |
