Heritage Hill Estates recently undertook the effort of increasing their value proposition by providing free Wi-Fi and satellite television from Wavelength Broadband.  As a result of this initiative, they realized that they needed a compelling web presence to increase interest in their property while providing for their existing tenants with a portal that gave them easy access to property-specific materials.  Hinutech developed a customized website for Heritage Hill Estates based on the Hinutech Live framework that focused on being a unique destination for their tenants as well as driving brand awareness through a compelling web presence.

HeritageHillEstates.com has an attractive web site that has been optimized for search engines through Hinutech's content tagging system and page optimization efforts.  Additionally, many of Heritage Hill's images are stored in Flickr and are embedded on their site which generates traffic to their site from Flickr users.  

The Hinutech Live system provides for an effective tenant portal controlled by Heritage Hill administrative staff.  This portal allows for tenants to login to the system, make maintenance requests, view community documents and contracts, communicate on community message boards, view updated traffic, news and weather information and also pay rent online.

Hinutech Live has allowed Heritage Hill Estates to create a web site that attracts new tenants to their apartment complex while providing features for their tenants that offer a competitive advantage over other properties in the area.
